About Me
I spent part of my childhood living in the Pacific Northwest close to my grandparents. My grandfather, a Certified Public Accountant, had his own small accounting practice. He often had clients coming to their home and visiting his in-home office, he embraced work from home before it was popular. I admired the lifelong relationships he formed with his clients as he practiced into his 90s. He cared for his clients as they were family, I have emulated that in my practice as it has evolved.
I worked through college at an Insurance firm getting my feet wet into the Insurance world that dabbled in mutual funds. I found myself admiring the role of the advisor but apprehensive about the commissions based income it provided. Aligning the ability to put food on the table with the sale of a product did not sit well with me.
I worked at two different advisory firms and most recently managed a book of approximately one hundred and forty ultra-high net worth clients, close to one billion dollars in assets under management in my book. My role previous had nearly twice as many clients.
This led me to wanting a different practice, focusing on quality instead of quantity. I love the work but feeling so stretched on time left less of my time to devote to what I loved, working with my clients.
Amparan Wealth Management is aimed at being a long standing, extremely personalized relationship with best-in-class reporting and analytics. Having few clients allows for more time with each of my clients. You should feel like your advisor is an extension of your family, with the care and compassion that comes along with it.
I live in Gilbert Arizona with my husband and three children. They are truly the light of my life. I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, hot yoga, strength training, and watching my children’s sports.
